A series of works created since 2023, marking a gradual shift in the conception of temporality in painting: from centrally composed, vertically layered spaces of kairotic experience—where wholeness is encountered in an instantaneous present—to compositions in which pictorial space unfolds sequentially within the experience of linear time.

The geometrical rhythmic compositions metaphorically capture events, itineraries, emotions, thoughts, climatic conditions and natural phenomena through a symbolically imagined spectrum of light. They function as an opaque and indirect archive of interwoven experiences of the outer landscape and the innerscape, continuing to resonate over time.

There is a musical dimension to these works. They draw loose inspiration from the theories and traditions of Indian classical music, in which certain compositions are associated with particular times of day. Each work is thus situated within its own fitting moment, creating a sense of harmony between the artwork, time and the viewer.
